This building machine is composed of headstock(main unit), finger turn-down & bladder turn-up device, liner stitching device, curve stitching device, under stitching device (rubber pad + nylon plate) internal bead setting device, external bead setting device, tread feeding device, tailstock horizontal movement device, pneumatic pipe system, electric control system and machine base,etc.
It has two control modes: manual control and PLC control.
The collapse/expanding action of the drum will be realized by one group of rack-and-pinion and air cylinder. Finger turn-down bladder turn-up device can adjust the axial distance to suit for different width of tyre building drum.
Equipped with Tri axial stitching device (forward, back, rotary)
