This machine is applied to the fabric cord cutting, joint and wind up of the radial PCR/LTR tire carcass.

Construction Features

This machine is composed of let off device, fabric storage device ,cutting device, cord adsorption device automatic cord splicing device, automatic cord centering device ,wind up device ,pneumatic system, control system and the other components. It uses light and electric pulse PLC counting system to automatic control the cutting width. After cutting, cord is to be connected to the automatic splicing device by the cord adsorption device to carry out automatic lapping. The electrical control system consists of PLC ,AC servo system and the frequency conversion adjusting device .
