This bladder turn-up OTR tyre building machine is designed as single machine with two stages. The band ply-up building machine is designed on the same body with tyre carcass building machine. After the band building, the band will be transferred by clamping device automatically and transfer to the carcass building machine for the ply building, turn-down, bead setting, bladder turn-up, stitching work. The band expander can rotate 180° to pick up the band.
