This machine is used for producing the 25”, OTR bias tire.
The cord fabric band adopts air-blow traction method to guide the band on the drum with automatically centering.
Finger turn-down Bladder turn-up
The building method adopt 4-4-2, 5-3-2, 4-4-4-2 or other band structure. Bead number is 2-3 at each side.
